Detroit City FC’s second match against Zanesville Athletic FC, and third clean sheet of the season. In six matches, City has outscored their opponents 20-3.

This was a dominating performance as Detroit created several opportunities.

With a 6-0 record at the halfway point of the season, the schedule becomes much more difficult. In the first six matches, City played at Cass Tech five times, with the only away match held at Berkley (which was the equivalent of a home game, considering Northern Guard Supporters massively outnumbered FC Sparta Michigan fans). To conclude the season, City must play five of the next six matches on the road.
